This was a busy family weekend. Joey had a retreat on Sat so he missed the last swim class, but Andrew and Becca had fun. Becca finally went off the diving board, with the help of her teachers! I have been trying for the last 12 weeks to convince her to go, but she was always scared. Not only did she go off once, but she got back in line and did it a second time.
Andrew also had fun, playing catch in the water with his teacher and his good buddy. Becca also got to play with the noodles and float around the pool.

Then on Sunday, we celebrated Joey's First Communion, a special rite in the Catholic church. He did a great job, even sang along with everyone up front, which he doesn't normally do. I am lucky, my kids actually enjoy dressing up, so it was easy to get them in their dress clothes.

Yes, these are great pictures! I'm impressed with Becca for finally going for it with the diving board, and I bet that was super fun to watch after trying to convince her for so long to do it!
I miss our late night chats too!
