OK, finally, here is the story behind my big box of a present. When I got home from work Thur night, there was this large box sitting on my kitchen table, beautifully decorated by my kids. The pictures of their decorations are on yesterday's post. Once everyone was awake and up yest, I got to open it. Here is what I recieved, exactly what I had hinted I wanted.
Now I can download all the pics from when the kids were little into the computer and use them in my blog also. Yeah! I am very excited about this, have been wanting to be able to get them onto here some way, now I can. I can also print copies of pictures whenever I want now.
Andrew hit the slopes, once again. He is getting much better at skiing and loves every minute he can get out there.
Yesterday we also met our friends at the Children's Museum, at least Joey, Becca, and I did. The kids had so much fun at the Museum, running all over the place, up and down the stairs. I think their favorite was by far the pretend Kwik Trip store, they imaginations went wild there.
Kayla
Joey and Kendra, future cashiers?
The whole gang, shopping
You know who this is
Kendra even felt well enough to get up and play.
Kendra and her oldest sister, Kayla
Future forecaster?
This is the only pose Joey would do for me.
Katie, she would only pose for me, not for her mom. What a character!
Kelsey and Becca, best buds
For her first time on a rock wall, Kayla did really well. She said it was sort of scary being up that high, but lots of fun coming down.
Kelsey taught Becca how to play checkers
Kendra was soooo tired, but just would not give in. I found out later that she slept at least 6 hours after we left, once she finally gave in. Glad she had so much fun playing. Her and Becca were both so excited to get the chance to hang out together.
"See us hiding in here?"
Thank you, friends, for joining us at the Museum, we had lots of fun playing and my kids were definately wore out by the time we got home. Then Rich decided to take me out to supper for my birthday, we left Andrew in charge for the couple of hours we were gone. All in all, I had a wonderful birthday, full of family and friends, love and laughter. What more could I ask for? Thanks everyone!

I'm so glad you got to go out to dinner on your birthday! It looks like everyone had fun at the children's museum. It is absolutely priceless to see Kendra with a smile on her face and having fun. What a blessing and distraction for her to be able to just be a kid for awhile! Thanks for sharing.
Looks like you had a great birthday. I agree with Stacy-its nice to see a smile on Kendra's face. Her sisters look like they had fun too.
