Highlights from the week

This week seems to have gone by waaay to fast. After working 4 nights last weekend and Mon, I stayed up on Tues to have some fun with friends, and that meant it took me until Thur to get caught back up on sleep. Tues we met friends in Tomah and went swimming at Cranberry Country Lodge, an indoor waterpark that was just the right size for the little kids. My boys were in school, so it was just Becca and myself and my friend and her husband and two kids. Her daughter, Teagan, and Becca had so much fun playing and splashing in the water. Becca has absolutely no fear, once she had her arm floaties on, she would jump off the side and try to splash anyone close to her. I just had to add this picture, Becca saw these rocks outside of the pool area, and struck this pose on her own, just to cute to pass up.

Andrew had his final elementary school orchestra concert on Tues night, he did great! For someone who hardly ever practiced at home, when he did, it sure sounded wonderful. It was hard to take pictures, the sun was shining in so brightly, it was glaring on Andrew and made it difficult for many kids to see their instructor. Thank you Mrs Vach for your patience and expertise in teaching these youngsters about the joys of music. Andrew wants to start taking saxophone lessons in middle school, something I can help with since that is what I played for many years.
