Last night was such a beautiful night, I decided to take the kids to our favorite park, which just happens to be only 5 miles from our house. The kids all love taking their bikes along, with our hills by our home, it is nice for them to have a flat place to ride their bikes. Mormon Coulee Park is the actually name, we have two different names that we use, depending on which half we want to go to. The side we went to last night is "dinosaur park" because of the dinosaur themed playset and the other half is "3 slide park" because of the big triple slide it has. The park is divided by Mormon Coulee Creek and has a bridge over the creek to connect the two. I find the park beautiful and peaceful, there is usually hardly anyone else around, you just here the creek and the birds (and of course the noise my kids make playing happily. I hope these pictures do the park justice.
The "Dinosaur" playset
I tried to get some pictures of the kids by the creek.
I am such a sucker for waterfalls, even little ones.
I love this picture.
Joey was pouting, I had scolded him. Isn't he cute?
"I'll save you, Joey."
"Look Mom, I can balance just like the boys"
The next picture is just for fun, I couldn't resist taking this one of Becca, she was prancing around, dancing and looking so cute. What is even funnier, I have a picture some place of Joey in a similar get-up.
