Nothing to exciting happening right now, just the usual activity when you have kids in the home.
My husband decided that since Andrew is 12 (not really, but close enough for my husband, his birthday is in March) that he is ready to start learning to drive our big lawn tractor. I am not ready to that at all, I have this fear of the hills, always have had it, they make feel very nervous and I picture bad things happening on them. Maybe I heard too many stories of tractors overturning as a kid. Anyways, Andrew got to mow some lawn, on the flat, with Rich close by, on my insistance. He just looks so small on that big tractor.
I took the boys school shopping yesterday, I had planned on going to the Tangier outlet in the Dells, but changed my mind and shopped local. I think they are actually set now for school except for shoes and more underclothes. When we got home, we found Obi, our cat, curled up in his favorite chair with one of Becca's stuffed animals, very cute.
We went out for supper last night, to TGIFridays. Boy did the kids eat well. Joey discovered that he really likes ribs, he devoured the kids portion. Then our expensive child, Andrew, ate a half a rack of ribs by himself, with side dishes. He can really eat when he is hungry. Any time we go out, he always orders steak or seafood, like I said, he has expensive tastes. When we got home, Becca stretched out on the 4 wheeler and said "I am going to watch the clouds, Mommy, come get me when it is bedtime." She enjoyed seeing the moon and watching the pink clouds moving across the sky.
Please say a prayer for our friend, Kendra, who has had surgery again. She is at Milwaukee Children's Hospital, hopefully only for a week or so. Pray for a quick recovery and little pain. We're thinking of you, Kendra.

Hi Sue,
Loved the post. Andrew does look so little on that big tractor. I know I'm not a mom yet, but I feel like you do, I'd be scared too! I think it's a mom thing. I'm glad you got to go to dinner. Fridays is yummy. That part of the post made me chuckle. And the part of the post of Becca on the 4wheeler watching the clouds really touched my heart...awww...total sweetness!!! I just loved the post. It was so sweet. Kendra is in my prayers. I've been keeping up on her caringbridge, should leave a comment, just haven't...don't know them personally?
