Christmas eve

Thought I would start sharing some photos from our wonderful, family filled Christmas. To start the day, my brother's boys came up for the morning, since both Scott and Chris had to work. Then Rich's sister came out by 1030, and added some more boys to the mix. I had 6 boys and 1 girl all playing outside and in my house. Here is a picture of all the kids, playing outside.

Then after lunch, Scott's boys went home and the grown guys took the little guys outside to play some more.
Mike and Mason were racing Mindi down the slope.

Mason and Kade had fun playing in the snow.

Andrew did pretty well snowboarding down, as long as Mindi didn't get into his way.

Rich and his Dad contemplated if they were going to go down the slope.

Andrew took a turn pulling Mason up the hill.

Rich took his turn giving Kade a ride back up the long hill.

Then Rich took a turn going down the hill. This was taken just before he wiped out, only halfway down the hill.

After the sledding fun, it was time to spend some family time in the house and open the presents.
Rich's mom enjoyed getting some cuddles from her grandbabies.

Presents were all divided for the kids, ready for chaos to ensue.

Can you see Mason? He is lost behind his pile of presents. That is what happens when you have a way too generous grandparents and Aunt/Uncle.

Thanks for the wonderful Christmas, Pappaw, Mammaw, Susie, Mike, and boys. We had so much fun spending time together and celebrating this holiday. Thank you for coming out to our place, hope you enjoyed the time together also.

Hey Sue,
Love the post and all the pics! It's great and I'm so glad you all had a great day! You know me, this is the kind of thing my heart longs for so deeply...

I have to say my faves are the pics of Mindi racing the guys on the sled and the one of Rich sledding...too fun!

I also notice everyone in the pics is sitting on "my" couch!? Hehe.

Can't wait for the next post. So glad you had a wonderful holiday.
